Montreux, July 15th 2009. On July 18th Prince will conquer the Stravinski Auditorium stage and conclude the grand final act of the 43rd Montreux Jazz Festival. After the surprising announcement of two one-off concerts in one evening, another coup occurs: Prince recorded a song for the Montreux Jazz Festival, available exclusively on the official website www.montreuxjazz.com (http://www.montreuxjazz.com/), starting from July 15th. With his jazzy interpretation of the song "In a Large Room With No Light", we are given a foretaste of the upcoming concerts by the musical wonder from Minneapolis. "In a Large Room With No Light" is a groovy mix of soul, jazz and funk, whose melodic structure mounts to a guitar solo climax. The anticipation for the musical event of the summer is rising.

Can you just let it go with the damn website?! It's the other way around, he's the one that means nothing to you, so why switch the tracks? He put himself where he is today because he chose to be there, we are just here to support it and he is thankful believe it or not. Dude his recent albums haven't been great but they've still had their highlights! (IMHO Guitar, Fury, Incense and candles, Black sweat, Lolita, Wherever U go, Whatever U do, Tangerine, Hot Wit U, and almost all of the Gold Experience)

I wouldn't call TGX a recent album, its almost 15 years old and I agree is good.

As for his recent albums, the best by far, and IMO a true masterpiece is TRC, and thats 8 years old now. ONA Piano is also genius too.
The stuff that has been out commercially is forgettable, save a few tracks.
