Ok then what the weather like over in the UK im coming over in a few weeks

and i have a fews stops to make. up the north (family)

gonna do a bit of Xmas shopping in London see my family and then glide on out.

so u will will one day feel a psychic presents in the UK
U all will know i have landed in the mothership
even my family aint ready 4 me LOL

well ive made it.... where here in the uk.


been here since yesterday. really cool so far.
heading off to london in the morning until friday.

so any of u out there feel a funky disturbance in the force.
u will know i am around.


looking forward to a little shopping and seeing the sights.
i promised my son lots of places 2 see.

plus it will bring back my memories of my stays there

anyway im gonna post up some pics soon

so watch out for more up dates

Nice one mate, have fun. London is a cool city, one of, if not the greatest in the world IMO.
We went to NYC earlier this year, and I would rather have gone to London.

that's really interesting that you said that, my wife and i was thinking of a shopping spree and was looking @ NY but i said about people that say its not all its cracked up to be.

the worrying thing would b 2 go there and its a total let down.
iI would say there is only one main area to shop and then everything is spread out for a travel to experience.

we went to Florida a couple of years ago. that was totally you need a car.

even for a meal and then you found you could not have a beer.

i was born in Yorkshire but my mother and my gran parents came from London.
so i have allot of family there. and your right London is one of the coolest cities in the world. and with the things they have sometimes its could be the best.

Well NY for us was a total let down. Once you have walked up 5th Avenue, you have walked up every avenue and street in Manhattan, they all look the same. Central Park, wa snothing like I thought it would be, especially when you compare it to St James' or Hyde Park in London.

Empire state building for us was a let down too, and as for the Statue of Liberty well, I would have been so dissapointed if I had come across the Atlantic on a cruise expecting to see something huge.
I did love using the subway....PMSL, all that way and loved being underground.
If I am honest, we were both really sad, as we wanted to love it, and I had wanted to go since I was 10 years old.
We went to Paris, last October, and that is without doubt a place I would return again and again.

I'm with you on that mate.

That was my 5th visit, and my wife's first, and like you I would live there given the chance, it is the greatest city in the world without question, and possibly the most beautiful too. We are thinking of going back next year again..
