DJ Unique from UK comes to Paris for the first time to play from 9pm until 5 in the morning !

It's a Saturday night, so people from Europe can join too...

the first batch of tickets are being mailed out today

i'm not sure how paypal works myself and i'm not dealing with tickets, but at the moment there is a facebook page setup and it seems you email virginie at vk74@hotmail.fr with your name and address details for tickets to be sent to, and you can send payment by paypal (i think you send payment via email addresses and that's the one to use)

you can always email that addy with your details and ask her how to make a payment. please bear in mind that virginie who is organising the party is french, and whilst she has pretty good english, it's not her first language

i don't speak a word of french myself, but there should be a few people at the party who are regulars at the london parties, both french fans like mary sharon, and uk fans. from what i'm told, most parisiens speak english to some degree

all music played will be sung in english (without subtitles)!

that would be great. perhaps you could mention the party on your forum? i thought it would be interesting if we could get some of the hardcore fans from germany, holland, italy, spain, etc to come along. i don't think i know any fans from germany, but i know a few in the other countries, some of which have been to the dawn experience parties

the tickets are selling pretty fast btw, at this rate they aren't going to last much longer! the party was only first mentioned last weekend and there has been an incredible response, especially from UK fans

There's an hôtel close to the venue (2 minutes walk) called L'hôtel du Dragon, with good rates. Do ask me more info if you're interested.

There's a pub called "Le dragon" for people who want to meet b4 the party.

A bagel store for snacking

Many english people are about to travel too, so it will be HOT HOT HOT !!!

Half the tix are sold yet, they are selling well and the tix are sent and the purple people liked it a lot !!!

I have more girls than boys who bought their tix =>Men, make some noise and buy your tix !!!

R there any Tickets 4 US?

just over half the tickets are gone, sales are picking up after the new year and there is now about 7 weeks to go, so if you get your orders in you will get tickets no problem

we are fairly certain that all the tickets will be sold out in advance of the night, so we want to ask everyone to make sure they get a ticket before travelling, as we don't want people coming from all over europe and being left outside. once the tickets are sold out, we won't be able to let anyone else in, so you won't be able to pay at the door. if coming from another country we suggest you buy your tickets at least 2 or 3 weeks in advance to allow for mailing times from france, as that's where the tickets will be sent, usually within a day or two of ordering

so far there are fans with tickets from uk, belgium, germany and france, and i expect we will have a few from holland, italy and spain, as there are a few hardcore fans from those countries

there will be 8 hours of non stop prince music from 9pm to 5am (yes 5am in the morning!), non stop dancing all night, no bands, no competitions, just prince music that you can dance to. as well as prince, the sounds of his best related artists hits from the time, vanity 6, appollonia 6, the family, sheila e, and more

as well as the 8 hours of non stop music, there will be 8 hours of non stop videos on the plasma screen, showing the latest, the greatest, and the rarest prince and related music videos all night. this is a specially compiled video experience that's never been seen before

this is a marathon prince night, the longest prince night there has ever been, one artist, one dj, one venue, one night

Eight hours of hedonistic self indulgence and debauchery with the heady mix of alcohol all thrown into the mix, what more could you ask for?..
I congratulate all involved before hand for there time and effort in making this event possible for all you Purple People... hope all you guys and gals have a great time, i oh so wish i could come but unfortunately im far to under the thumb to go gallivanting half way across Europe lol...

the link above is for a hotel that's within easy walking distance of the party venue

we have negotiated special rates of 99 euro for a single room, or 118 euro for a double room. the double room can either be a double bed or two single beds

this is a pretty good deal, particularly for the double room. it should also save a few quid on taxis to and from the party as you can walk

when you book the room, to get the special rates you should say it's for the "paris prince party"

it looks like you can book rooms online, no price is mentioned, it says rates will be confirmed when you arrive, so it looks like you can book safely online and agree the reduced rate when you arrive

there is both an english and french version of the site. there are loads of photos of the hotel and details of other sights to see in paris and stuff

In order to ensure everyone receives tickets in the post in good time before the party on 6th March, we have set a deadline of monday 1st march as the closing date for advance ticket sales. This gives approximately four weeks from now to place orders.

To allow for the additional shipping time for mailing outside of France (all sales will be processed and tickets mailed from Paris), the deadline is a week earlier on tuesday 23th February.

All ticket sales will be processed and mailed out as quickly as possible, usually the same day or the following day at the latest, so tickets should arrive within a few days of purchase. if anyone has purchased a ticket and has not received it by Tuesday 2nd March, please email us before Friday 5th March.

As most of the tickets have been sold so far, we expect all tickets to be sold out in advance of the party, so please purchase tickets as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, and we suggest you don't travel from afar without purchasing a ticket in advance.

In order to purchase tickets, please email vk74@hotmail.fr with your name and address and how many tickets you require (advance tickets are 10 euros each), and you can pay via paypal with the same email address.

Paying by paypay is very simple and secure, log into www.paypal.com to create an account, which just takes a minute or two, and from then you can transfer payment via your bank account or credit/debit cards. Paypal gives buyers an extra layer of security for making purchases, it's quick and easy to use and pay can be sent between different currencies, such as pound sterling to euro. Paypal is the main payment method on sites such as ebay, with accounts linked to your email address. Early members of the official Prince website NPGMC may have used paypal which was originally the only payment option available to join the site, and you may still have your account open to use now.

alright, this is now the next prince event that's up and coming. i hear there are a fair bunch of londoners coming, so there should be a good lot of uk regulars at the party

the deadline for advance ticket sales is tuesday 23rd february, which is about four weeks away. this is to make sure there is plenty of time to send tickets out. please don't travel from the uk without a ticket as i don't want anyone left without a ticket and not getting in. tickets are only 10 euros which is about £8 or £9 in real money, and you can buy them directly from virginie via hotmail at the details above

when do you arrive in paris, and when do you go back home? what hotel are you staying in?

i've been thinking of trying to arrange a sightseeing trip or something. i think my schedule is too tight, but maybe a few people might want to see the triffle tower and visit the loo, either before the party on saturday, or on sunday before they go home

btw if you stick the club address into google maps and click on streetview you can see the area. around the venue, pretty cool stuff

thanks to everyone for buying tickets, the event is now completely sold out!

there are no more tickets left, we have reached the clubs full capacity, so unfortunately we can't let anyone else in. there won't be any more tickets for sale, and we won't be able to let anyone in by paying on the door

please don't attend if you don't have a ticket already, as we won't be able to let you in

As you know, all the tix are sold.

DO NOT COME without tix, since the club can only hold 120 people.

The evening starts at 9pm.

DJ Unique has prepared nearly 9 hours of princely videos, and more than 24 hours of music.

For those who want to get together before, the meeting takes place at Le Dragon at 8pm. It is close to the Next One, there are 10% discount on a meal + drink.
