Our spies were out-and-about 2day enjoying a beautiful sunny Saturday in Beverly Hills when they spotted the one-and-only Chelsea Rodgers in the middle of a photo shoot in the park. Chelsea rocked her signature earth boots and we couldn't help but stop an stare. Supercute.
