Hamilton, who has just bought one of Prince's guitars for £61,000, is regarded as the finest "racer" in Formula One, and he may have been reminded of his vast potential after signing a new agent to replace his father, Anthony, from whom he parted professionally a year ago.

Prince Gives Up Guitar To Race Ace Hamilton<table>

Prince has finally parted ways with his beloved gold guitar after motor racing star Lewis Hamilton bid for it at auction.

The Formula 1 hunk, who is dating Prince's pal Nicole Scherzinger, bought the custom-made FenderStratocaster for $100,000 (Gbp62,500) at a charity auction, and the Purple Rain hitmaker recently confessed it would be hard to let the instrument go.

But the one-of-a-kind guitar, which Prince has been using on the Welcome 2 America Live tour, is now winging its way to Hamilton.
The race ace bought the guitar after his hero pulled him up onstage during a recent show in Dubai and serenaded Scherzinger while playing it.
