I am gonna advise everyone who I think you should be listening to when not listening to Prince.

Van Hunt - The jungle floor Loved his first album and the follow up is better.

Nate James - A Uk r+b artist with a twist. Great vocals and great live! Get his album and ep via i-tunes

I like Van Hunt also...but I prefer his 1st album. His 2nd album has its moments but I can't listen to it all the way through without skipping the odd track...

Nate James I saw at a Prince tribute at the Jazz Cafe... he's ok but needs more time to develope in terms of his live peformance.... Haven't heard his CD yet.
